K94 may initially display China Standard Time. Use KEMOVE Web Hub to synchronize the keyboard with the time shown by your connected computer.

Connect K94 by USB
Switch K94 to wired mode and connect it directly to your computer with a data-capable USB cable.

Open the official browser driver while K94 remains connected.

Open the GIF upload screen
Go to the screen GIF upload interface in K94 Web Hub.

Select Sync Time
Choose Sync Time, keep K94 connected, and confirm the updated clock on the keyboard screen.
VIA SETUP
Set up K94 in VIA
Connect by USB, load the official definition, and authorize K94 in four steps. Loading the JSON does not flash the keyboard.

Switch K94 to wired mode and use a data-capable USB cable connected directly to the computer.

Download the K94 JSON
Save the current official definition file from this page before opening VIA.

Load the K94 definition
In VIA Settings enable the Design tab, then choose Load Draft Definition and select the JSON file.

Authorize and configure
Return to Configure, authorize K94 when prompted, then edit keys, layers, macros, and supported controls.

Only update firmware when instructed
VIA handles normal keymap changes. Use firmware only when KEMOVE provides a verified release for your exact hardware revision or Support instructs you to update.

Why is the time on my K94 screen incorrect?
K94 may initially display China Standard Time. Connect K94 to your computer in USB wired mode, open KEMOVE Web Hub, go to the GIF upload interface, and choose Sync Time. Keep the keyboard connected and confirm the updated clock on its screen.
Do I need to load the VIA JSON every time?
Usually no. Keep the current K94 JSON available and reload it after clearing browser data, changing computers, or when KEMOVE publishes a newer definition.
Why does VIA not detect K94?
Use USB wired mode with a data-capable cable, connect directly to the computer, close other keyboard tools, and try Chrome or Edge. Reconnect K94 before authorizing it again.
Can I configure K94 over Bluetooth or 2.4 GHz?
Use USB wired mode for browser authorization, VIA setup, troubleshooting, and firmware-related operations.
Which K94 firmware should I install?
Do not update firmware for routine remapping. Install only a verified customer release that matches your exact K94 hardware revision.
What should I do if a firmware update fails?
Stop trying different files. Contact KEMOVE Support with the hardware revision, firmware filename, updater message, operating system, and a screenshot or short video.
